Mr. Rajesh B. Mishra is a seasoned civil engineer and real estate developer with over two decades of expertise in construction and land development. After completing his Civil Engineering degree from IERT College, Allahabad in 1995, he worked on several landmark projects before establishing Siddhi Vinayak Realty Builders & Developers, a trusted name in real estate.
Early Career (1995-1999)
Mr. Rajesh B. Mishra began his professional journey in the construction sector immediately after completing his civil engineering degree. His initial experience included working with a reputed firm as a Plotting Engineer (1996-1998) and contributing to several notable projects:
- Jain Plaza, Bhayandar East (1995-1997): Worked from plinth to possession.
- King Tower & Row Houses, Gita Nagar, Mira Road (1995-1997): Oversaw construction from foundation to completion.
- Gurukul Phase 1 & 2, Shirdi Nagar, Bhayandar East (1995-1997): Played a key role in development.
- Kandivali Housing Society & Kharghar (1997-1999): Worked on plinth-to-possession projects in Navi Mumbai (Sector 21, Plot No. 16).
- GuruKripa Block, Nalasopara West (1997-1999): Contributed to residential development.
Establishing Siddhi Vinayak Realty Builders & Developers
With a wealth of experience in construction and land development, Mr. Mishra established Siddhi Vinayak Realty Builders & Developers, focusing on land banking, plotting, and real estate development. Some key projects under his leadership include:

- Boisar (2006-2009): Executed plotting projects over 3 acres.
